Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and 10bd (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), operating the website accessible at 10bd.io and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and API endpoints that deliver the 10bd service to end users.

By completing the 10bd account registration process, by depositing funds into a 10bd account, by placing any bet or wager on any product offered through the platform, or by accessing any part of the 10bd website that requires a registered account, you confirm unequivocally that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be bound by all clauses herein without reservation or modification.

Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the 10bd platform is strictly limited to individuals who are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times during which the account remains active. This age requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. 10bd operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any account where the holder is found to be under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, all pending bets voided, all bonus funds forfeited, and any net deposits returned to the payment method from which they originated, subject to applicable verification procedures.

By registering, you explicitly confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. 10bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the lifecycle of an account, including at registration, at the point of first withdrawal, and at any subsequent withdrawal above specified thresholds. 2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain exactly one account on the 10bd platform. Holding more than one account — whether concurrently or sequentially under different email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, or payment method details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, 10bd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all outstanding bets, forfeit all accumulated bonus balances, and withhold any withdrawals until an investigation is completed.

2.3 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the account registration process. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid mobile phone number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud. 10bd is not liable for any losses or delays arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the user.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

10bd operates a formal Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Account holders may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in the verification request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Credential Confidentiality

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 10bd account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members, friends, or third-party betting advisory services. 10bd will treat all activities conducted using your account credentials as having been authorised by you, regardless of whether you were aware of them at the time.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

In the event that you become aware of or reasonably suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 10bd support immediately by email at [email protected]. 10bd will investigate reported security incidents and may temporarily suspend the affected account pending the outcome of that investigation. 10bd cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

3.3 Device and Session Security

Players accessing 10bd on shared or public devices are strongly advised to log out of their accounts fully at the end of each session. 10bd implements automatic session timeouts for inactive logged-in accounts as an additional security measure, but this does not replace the player's own responsibility for session management on their devices.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.3 Own-Name Payment Methods Only

All payment methods used to deposit into or withdraw from a 10bd account must be registered in the exact same legal name as the 10bd account holder. Payments originating from or directed to payment methods in a different name — including those of spouses, family members, or business entities — are strictly prohibited. Any such transactions will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

10bd targets the following withdrawal processing times, measured from the moment a withdrawal request passes internal compliance review:

• bKash / Nagad: 30 to 60 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours
• Rocket / Upay / SureCash: 1 to 4 hours during BST business hours
• Bank transfers: 4 to 24 hours, subject to receiving bank processing schedules

These are target times only. Processing may take longer during periods of high platform traffic, during BPL or IPL tournament finals, during Eid holidays, or where additional KYC verification steps are triggered. 10bd will notify players by email if any withdrawal is subject to an extended processing delay.

4.5 No Money Laundering

10bd maintains a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. Depositing funds with no genuine intention to use them for betting or gaming, and subsequently requesting withdrawal, constitutes a potential AML indicator. 10bd reserves the right to investigate, delay, or refuse any withdrawal request that appears inconsistent with genuine gaming activity. Players whose accounts trigger AML review may be asked to provide additional documentation before any funds are released.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, all bonus funds credited to a 10bd account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, minimum odds restrictions, and time limits are stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Bets placed on games or markets that are ineligible under a promotion's terms will not count toward the wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

10bd defines bonus abuse as any behaviour that exploits promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; using low-variance staking patterns specifically designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk; coordinated play between multiple accounts to guarantee a bonus profit; and any other pattern of play that is evidently motivated by bonus extraction rather than genuine betting or gaming. Where bonus abuse is identified, 10bd reserves the right to void bonus funds, void bonus-derived winnings, and close the account.

5.4 Seasonal Promotions

10bd publishes seasonal promotions timed to significant events in the Bangladesh calendar including Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Eid, Victory Day (16 December), Independence Day (26 March), and major cricket tournament periods including BPL season, IPL, and ICC T20 World Cup campaigns. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

10bd reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet or wager at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. This right may be exercised where 10bd has reason to believe that a player possesses material non-public information relevant to the outcome of a market, where a bet is placed after the outcome of an event is already known, where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect price being offered, or where the platform detects patterns consistent with advantage play that is harmful to the integrity of the market.

6.2 Live In-Play Betting

Bets placed on live in-play markets — including ball-by-ball cricket markets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to confirmation delays during which the platform may suspend the market. A bet is not confirmed until a bet ID has been issued and the bet appears in the player's confirmed bet history. 10bd is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's device or network that prevent a bet from being confirmed during live markets.

6.3 Error and Obvious Mistake

In the event that 10bd offers a price or pays out winnings on a market due to an obvious pricing error — including but not limited to incorrectly stated odds, inverted scores, or data feed failures — 10bd reserves the right to void the affected bets and reclaim any erroneously paid winnings. Where a player has withdrawn erroneously paid funds before the error is identified, 10bd reserves the right to offset the amount against future winnings or request reimbursement directly.

6.4 Casino and Slot Game Rules

All casino games and slot titles available on the 10bd platform are provided by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own published rules and paytable, which are accessible within the game interface. Prohibited Activities and Fair Use

Intellectual Property Rights

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 10bd's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their 10bd account in the 30-day calendar period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages including loss of profits, loss of betting opportunity, loss of data, or reputational loss, even if 10bd has been advised of the possibility of such losses. 10bd does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server downtime, third-party connectivity failures, or force majeure events.

Privacy, Data, and Cookies

10bd collects, stores, and processes personal data about registered players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at /privacy-policy and forms part of this Agreement by reference. By registering a 10bd account, you consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy.

10bd uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the platform to maintain session state, personalise the user experience, conduct analytics, and detect fraud and security threats. By continuing to use the 10bd platform, you consent to the use of cookies as described in the Privacy Policy.

Amendments to These Terms

10bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 10bd will notify registered account holders by email to their registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required immediately for legal or security reasons. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the 10bd platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to initiate an account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising between you and 10bd in connection with these Terms, your account, or any transaction conducted on the platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 10bd's support team at [email protected]. 10bd commits to acknowledging all formal dispute notifications within 2 business days (measured in Bangladesh Standard Time) and to providing a substantive written response within 14 calendar days.

13.2 Formal Complaints

13.3 Governing Law

Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted in the English language.
